The Quick Configuration Message: The QuickConfig message is used to indicate a change in the overhead messages' contents and to provide frequently changing information. This message is received by the AT from the Control Channel and contains:
1-The sector ID which provides the 128 bit (32 hex character) address of the sector. The sector ID is also sent in the Sector Parameters message.
2-The color code which identifies the sector.
