NGHBR_PN

Definition: NGHBR_PN is the pilot PN sequence offset of a neighbor pilot in units of 64 PN-chips. Each pilot in the neighbor list is identified by its NGHBR_PN number. The NGHBR_PN number is the number of 64 PN-chip intervals the particular neighbor pilot is delayed relative to the zero offset pilot.
