MAX_REQ_SEQ and MAX_RSP_SEQ

    Definition: MAX_REQ_SEQ and MAX_RSP_SEQ are the maximum number of access probe sequences for an access channel request and response respectively. These two parameters set the maximum number of probe sequences allowed for request and response messages on the access channel.

    Example:
    Both MAX_REQ_SEQ and MAX_RSP_SEQ are allocated 4 bits in the access parameters message. Typically, the maximum number of probe sequences is decimal 3 to 5, but this may vary in some cases.
