36.0 In order to perform Forward Link Power Control functions, what is required of the Mobile Station?

In order to perform Forward Link Power Control functions, the Mobile Station shall process the Power Control Parameters message and store the following parameters from it:
  • Power Control reporting Threshold
  • Power Control reporting frame count
  • Threshold report indicator
  • Periodic report indicator
  • Power Report Delay parameter
