1.0 Describe the first generation Wireless Cellular Networks.
The first generation of wireless cellular systems were analog systems that use frequency modulation (FM) technology. With efficient usage of the frequency spectrum, these first generation systems could cover a wide area. However, the independent development of these systems in various regions of the world resulted in one system in North America, a second system in Europe and a third system in Japan.
