PN Sequences By Dr. Ernest Simo 5.0 Orthogonal Sequences Two Pn Sequences Ci(t) and Cj(t) are said to be Orthogonal if and only if: Their respective Normalized Auto-Correlation Fuction are equal to unity "1" at time-shifted zero (0). Their Cross-Correlation Function is equal to zero for all time-shift values. Averaged over the code Length, the Cross-Correlation function of PN Sequences is not zero. As a result, PN Sequences are not perfectly orthogonal. CODE: AN INTRODUCTIONBy Dr. Ernest Simo© 1999 DR. ERNEST SIMO - SPACE2000
